The Southern California-based Hidell has the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company maintains its continued growth. In his position as COO, Hidell will provide day-to-day leadership and management. He will be responsible for driving the company to continue to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives. Hidell will also be responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external, providing timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company. Hidell will spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
